We work in partnership with our retrofit installers, providing independent quality checks to ensure the retrofit works are completed to a high standard at the right price.
Ecofurb can help you find retrofit installers you can trust.
If you have booked an Ecofurb Plan AND you decide to go ahead with our installer partners, your Retrofit Coordinator will:
- Connect you with installers who will provide you with one quote per retrofit measure that you need.
- Check the quotes and plans from our installers on your behalf to make sure they are appropriate for your home and project.
- Sign off the works at the end of the project.
If your project is large and complex, your Retrofit Coordinator may decide that a site visit is needed during works or after completion, just to check that everything is being done as planned.
You will first need to buy an Ecofurb Plan before requesting multi-measure installation quotes, to help you fully understand what energy efficiency measures are most suitable for your whole home and how they all work together.

However, if you are only looking for a quote, do not want a comprehensive Ecofurb Plan and only want a simple single retrofit measure, then we can pass you straight onto one of our third-party network installers – see below for details.
Please note, our Retrofit Coordination and quality assurance process is only available if you purchase an Ecofurb Plan.
We check that all our partners hold the right accreditations for the work they do, and will advise you on what is appropriate.
This includes any required industry standards, and normally includes TrustMark registration or equivalent for quality assurance. Our renewable energy generation installers are MCS certified.
For most grant-funded work, or if you request it, we and our contractors can work to government PAS (Publicly Available Specification) 2035.
What sort of installers are you looking for?
I need an installer for multiple retrofit measures at once.
- You must have an Ecofurb Plan before requesting an installer for multiple retrofit measures.
- If your project includes multiple energy efficiency measures – either now or in the future – our partner installers are experienced in delivering the different parts in the right order and ensuring everything works together to provide optimal energy efficiency.
- They will use your Ecofurb Plan to ensure the measures you’re requesting are right for your home, and to specify the right solutions. And, of course, your retrofit coordinator will be with you from advice to all done.

I need an installer for a single, specific retrofit measure.
- If you just need a specific quote for one of the following retrofit options, we can arrange a quote from one of our single-measure installer partners for you:
