How much does an Ecofurb Plan cost?
An Ecofurb Plan is priced depending on how many bedrooms your home has.
Typically, rooms upstairs that could be used for sleeping are classed as bedrooms. This includes rooms being used as studies/offices and loft conversions. Think about how an estate agent would describe your property in terms of number of bedrooms.
All prices include VAT.
What is included in my Ecofurb Plan?
No matter the size of your house, all Ecofurb Plans contain the same level of detail to help you achieve your energy-efficiency goals for your home, including:
- Full home survey by a qualified Retrofit Assessor.
- Customised report with tailored retrofit advice.
- Phased roadmap of energy efficiency measures.
- Matterport 360° virtual tour and architectural drawings.
- 30-minute consultation with a qualified Retrofit Coordinator.
- Ongoing support for installing retrofit measures (terms apply).
What optional extras can I add on?
Air tightness test – quote on request
This add-on measures air leakage throughout your home.
We will provide you with a quote for this on request.
Borescope survey – £72 inc. VAT
A visual inspection of cavity walls using a flexible camera probe to determine the presence of cavity wall insulation.
Note: this will not assess the quality or condition of the existing insulation, just whether or not it is there.
Drone photography – £72 inc. VAT
Assesses the external condition of your home and provide accurate external measurements.
This is particularly useful if you are considering installing solar panels.
Additional annexe – quote on request
If your home has an annexe – defined as a ‘self-contained dwelling with it’s own separate heating system’, you can also include this in your Ecofurb Plan for an additional fee.
We will provide you with a quote for this on request.
These Ecofurb Plan add-ons are subject to availability in your area, so we will need to check and confirm that we can service these before collecting payment.
